What are you currently reading?
I’m reading Descendants by Rae Else. So far it’s okay. Nothing ground breaking, but I’m also not that far into it. I have high hopes that it will get better. Mostly, I just want the main character to be asking more questions. I’m sure that’ll come though.
What did you recently finish reading? 
I recently finished the Defy series. I really liked the second book, but the third book, Endure, was a little bit of a disappointment. The main character made a choice that I could never feel good about and it was the basis for the whole plot, so that was hard to deal with. Someone else might like it more, but I’m sad I didn’t review coming soon!
What do you think you’ll read next? 
Next, I’m hoping to read Heir of Illaria. This book looks really good. Plus, I love the cover. The first line of the blurb is:
“In Illaria, there is a fate worse than death.”
Whoa! Totally got me right there. I’m really looking forward to diving in!
The Book-Filled Day 
Hmm yeah, I hope your reading experience improves with you current book and future book! Too many “meh” books in a row tend to put me into a reading slump -.-

I hope your book gets better! I’m reading The Bone Witch now and having the same issue. I also find that it slows me down on my reading in general because I don’t want to get back to it as much. I’m going to try to finish it this weekend in the hopes that it will improve.
